SIS (Safe & Stop) collision prevention sensor system

Safe&Stop is an active forklift maneuvering assistance system that increases safety when reversing. The system uses ultrasonic sensors that detect obstacles in the maneuvering zone and immediately warn the driver through sound and visual signals. In the event of a collision, the system automatically slows down the vehicle and then brings it to a complete stop, preventing potential accidents.

Key features:

Ultrasonic sensors detect objects up to 4 meters behind the forklift and 1.5 meters to the side, providing almost 180° coverage.

The compact MiniMind display serves as a central unit that processes signals and informs the operator about hazards.

The system allows customization of parameters, including detection distance, as well as customization of audible and visual alarms.

This system can be integrated with other security systems to further improve the security of the work environment. It is also adaptable to different types of workspaces and specific user needs.
